About Us

Prime Electric performs electrical construction on various types of projects from water treatment to churches. Since we opened our doors, we've never failed to complete any of our projects on time. Prime has been very successful as a contractor and to date has never been in litigation or arbitration on any contract or sub-contract we accepted. We take pride in our attitude towards resolution of problems and/or disputes which at times do occur; we strive to work in a fair, amicable and practical fashion and would rather work with our clients to solve difficulties and differences than have issues escalate that often require legal arbitration and resolutions.  We've never been in default with any vendors or suppliers; we enjoy a strong stable relationship with all vendors through the utilization of fair negotiations and prompt payments to all of them.

Prime Electric understands and supports the value of safety. Our mantra is Safety First. We promote a "zero incidents" policy. Our Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) is currently .86 and we currently have "zero" lost workdays. We staff a full time Safety Director and all projects include an on-site designated Safety Representative. We are proud that our company Safety Plan has been approved by stringent government agencies and we utilize this plan on all of our work.

We are committed to an on going safety program that promotes an attitude of awareness to safety to not just our own employees, but also all others we work with and around.

Our leadership and supervision:

• Is current up to a minimum OSHA 10 and to many OSHA 30 standards
• Works in compliance to NFPA 70E
• Utilizes proper PPE in all instances
• Utilizes daily "tool box safety talks" on with written logs
• Is trained on proper use of equipment and tools
• Screens all employees for drug use and background checks
• Participates in on-going safety training
